Workforce Psychodynamics Institute is a for profit professional organisation dedicated to building expertise in systems psychodynamics and the application of psychodynamic people management in organisations.

 

The Institute’s primary task is to advance the professional development and practical understanding of both conscious and unconscious processes at work within systems, and to apply these insights to enhance professional practice, leadership, and organisational culture.

Its mission is to promote adoption of psychodynamics by providing training, experiences, white papers, case studies and thought leadership, supporting practitioners to explore, interpret, and work with the complex dynamics, both visible and hidden, that shape behaviour and interactions in professional contexts.

 

The Institute serves as a hub for organisational leaders committed to deepening their knowledge of how unconscious processes influence roles, relationships, and systems, both in Australia and internationally.
